A milkshake was thrown at Brexit Party leader Nigel Farage during a walkabout in Newcastle today.

Farage was led away by security as a person was dragged away by a Police Community Support Officer.

Farage fumed at his security staff: "How did you not stop that happening? It's a complete failure," the Mirror reports.
