Saturday, 25 May 2019, 12:36 Last update: about 6 years ago

The second day at Malta Fashion Week 2019, at Fort Saint Elmo matched the high tone set by the previous evening. A number of influencers and fashionistas turned up all decked out to the nines ready to have a great night at fashion.

The opening show was a highly anticipated collaboration by Yana's Jewellery and Isle&Acqua which featured a mix of swimwear and jewellery. It was followed by a showcase inspired by the movie 'Casablanca', from local designer Maria Cutajar. Agatha Ruiz de la Prada was the final number and although the designer herself could not be with us due to the fact that she recently broke her leg, the show was absolutely wonderful and brought a huge smile to everyone's face.

Malta Fashion Week is sponsored by Land Rover Jaguar, supported by Fashion TV Gaming Group. Malta Fashion Awards is sponsored by Coca Cola and supported by MedAsia Cabs.

Other main sponsors include Aldo, Airmalta, Malta Tourism Authority, Keune, Hilton and Fashion Vodka. Our local designers are being supported by the Creative Partnership Agreement whilst our international designers are supported by the Valletta Cultural Agency.
