Another successful night for professional fighter Keith 'Speed' Azzopardi during last Saturday's event entitled Gladiators Fight Night XXIII.

After only two weeks since his return from France where he was crowned WKN World Champion, Azzopardi stepped back on the ring last Saturday to compete for yet another World Title at the Corradino Sports Pavilion.

'Speed' faced German/Afghan opponent Qurban Hosseini in a five round bout for the WKN K1 PRO WORLD TITLE. The Maltese athlete dominated most of the fight by landing very precise punches and kicks. During the second round, Azzopardi managed to land a perfect flying knee which knocked down Hosseini. Eventually the German/Afghan fighter stood back up and continued fighting but this was enough to boost Keith's morale and dominated the rest of the rounds.

The judges gave Keith 'Speed' Azzopardi the well deserved win via unanimous decision, and he was crowned WKN WORLD CHAMPION yet again by Mr. Emil Irimia - World Kickboxing Network Supervisor.

This professional athlete is the first ever Maltese kickboxer who won two world titles in such a short period of time.

Keith claimed that this is just the beginning and he is determined to train even harder and continue representing Malta on a regular basis.
