Futsal: Everton Vevé and Maicon Silva lead Luxol to an easy win

This week's Elite League was characterized with Luxol and Valletta back to the winning trend.

Luxol confirmed their leadership as they easily won 7-0 against the University of Malta Futsal Team, with six goals all scored in the first half.

In the opening minute Luxol's captain Mark Zammit started the lead, followed by three quick goals by Everton Vevé, Carl Azzopardi, Maicon Silva and Emil Andrei Raducu.

The second half was more balanced, although Maicon Silva scored his second personal goal and the seventh one for Luxol.

Valletta who last week came down second against Luxol, came back to win 5-3 against Swieqi United.

Valletta's Georgian star player Gia Nikvashvilli found the net twice together with a goal apiece for Dusan Rakic, Kurt Bartolo and George Frendo.

Swieqi United levelled the score three times through Alejandro Jimenez Barahona, Jason Schembri and Sergio Gonzalez Morales.

Zurrieq Futsal gained their third win in the Amatuer League, this time 5-3 against South Boys. bl-iskor ta' 5-3. Luxol Futsal Team B went up again on top of the table after a massive win of 7-0 against Marsaskala Futsal.
