Jayden Cutajar has been awarded the under 13 Waterpolo Player of the Year Award. He was presented with the BOV award during an event held at the Bank of Valletta’s Premium Banking Centre in Santa Venera last week.

Jayden forms part of the Sliema Aquatic Sports Club Waterpolo Academy and has been training in this field of sports for a number of years. Coached by Dejan Simenov, Waterpolo, Jayden says is not just a sport - it is a way of life. Together with the team Jayden has over the years trained and attended several training camps overseas and is also a student at the National Sports School.

Meanwhile Nico Schiavone also from the junior team and who also hails from Sliema ASC was awarded in the under 15 category. Nico is coached by by Sergio Afric.
