Maltese event service finder expanding in a new market

After a successful launch back in May of 2019, Evently (https://Evently.com.mt) has been growing at lightning speed, with over 300 companies using Evently (https://Evently.com.mt) to find services for their events and over 300 suppliers providing services to these companies.

Evently is a one-of-a-kind event service finder (seriously, there isn't anything like this on the market!) The platform allows users to quickly & easily find & book event suppliers (venues, caterers, AV, entertainment etc for their upcoming event(s)) and literally brings potential customers to our suppliers' doorstep. The platform is a match-maker because it matches the requirements of users and puts them in direct contact with suppliers that can truly help them (based on budget, availability and any other specific criteria)

In just 8 months, Evently.com.mt received hundreds of requests from companies organising events in Malta. In no time, the team noticed that non-company users attempted to submit requests for their personal events (birthday parties, graduation parties, anniversaries etc), even though the platform clearly stated that it catered for company events. This was a big eye opener for the team who quickly understood what the market was telling them: there is a real need for this platform for the personal events industry.  With this intel in hand, the team swiftly started working on the expansion of the platform. 

Whilst targeting a brand new segment in the market, the platform will continue to function in pretty much the same way i.e:

  • It will remain 100% free for users.
  • Users are matched with 3-5 suppliers that can truly help them. 
  • Clients chat and book suppliers directly.
  • Direct prices, no commission and no mark-ups.

The team behind Evently are also committed to the same high standards employed so far. The team promises to research, vet and quality control every single supplier subscribed to the platform, thus ensuring that all suppliers deliver a professional service that exceeds clients’ expectations. 

This new exciting concept will be launched on 3rd of February 2020. The team is extremely excited for this next new chapter. Even though they are still a small start-up made up of 14 people, the team works relentlessly to grow the platform and deliver value to its users and customers. Their aim is to provide a fast, easy and reliable platform for anyone organising an event in Malta.
