Deloitte Malta, in collaboration with GANADO Advocates and Alter Domus Malta, organised the fifth Asset Management Forum on the 20 February 2020.

The forum was aimed at asset management professionals and, through a series of panel discussions and presentations, explored legal and regulatory developments within the financial services sector. Topics discussed included the new FIAU implementing procedures, cyberrisk, Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism, Valuations, Regulatory and Tax updates amongst other matters which are at the core of the asset management community. Attendees were invited to participate in panel the discussions and to share points and issues faced by asset managers in the current regulatory environment.

The event was moderated by various industry experts providing useful insights to participants.
