Our Lady of Sorrows, Good Friday and Easter processions have been cancelled because of the Coroinavirus situation.

The feasts are being cancelled in line with a decree by the Congregation for the Divine Cult and the Discipline of Sacraments.

The congregation is also preparing directive on the celebrations which is to be communicated in the coming days.

Our Lady of Sorrows processions are held in most parishes across Malta and Gozo.

Good Friday and Easter processions are held in more than 20 localities during Holy Week.
