One new case of Coronavirus was registered in Malta on Tuesday, while seven patients have recovered, the health authorities said.

The total number of cases in Malta is now 671, with nine deaths.

In all, 647 patients have recovered while the number of active cases has dropped to 15,

The positive case registered on Tuesdat was a symptomatic sporadic case.

The number of swab tests carried out on Tuesday was 1,135, from a total of 96,266.
