Two new cases of Coronavirus were registered in the last 24 hours, health authorities said on Wednesday.
One recovery was also registered, meaning that the number of active cases of the virus stands at five.
Authorities said that both cases are sporadic, and that one is symptomatic and the other is not.
1,016 swab tests were carried out in the last 24 hours, taking the total number of swabs up to 115,795 so far.
Malta has had a total of 679 cases of the virus since the first case on 7 March, with 665 recovering and 9 passing away.
