15 new Coronavirus cases were registered between Saturday and Sunday according to the health authorities, and one patient has recovered.

This brings the total number of active cases up to 185. Since the beginning of the outbreak, there have been 860 cases of the virus in total. 666 people have recovered in total, and nine have died.

The health authorities said that most of the new cases did not go to work when symptomatic. "Two cases are imported, four form part of the Santa Venera feast cluster, two are related to a cluster in Paceville while the rest are sporadic. Contact tracing is ongoing."

The known Santa Venera feast cluster is therefore now up to around 20 cases.

1,418 swab tests were carried out between Saturday and Sunday, bringing the total up to 130,165.
