A 60-year-old man sustained grievous injuries after losing control and falling off his motorcycle on Monday morning.
The incident happened in Triq Birzebbuga, in Birzebbuga.
Police said that preliminary investigations on site showed that the man, who is a Bormla resident, lost control of his motorcycle and fell.
He was taken to Mater Dei Hospital where he was later certified as suffering from grievous injuries.
Investigations are ongoing.
