The number of eligible voters for the PN leadership election is 21,499, the Electoral Commission said in a statement.

Adrian Delia and Bernard Grech are contending for the post.

The election is taking place over 10 days to spread voters as much as possible during the Coronavirus pandemic.

The winner is to be announced on 3 October.
