Candles have been placed in the pathway leading from the statue of Our Lady, stationed at the entrance of Mater Dei Hospital, and the mortuary.

The candles have been placed in remembrance of Covid-19 victims, 31 until today, and in solidarity with their families.

The initiative is also aimed to highlight the work of the frontliners in combating the virus.
