Fifty new Covid-19 cases were recorded today, while 124 patients have recovered, health authorities said.

There were no new deaths reported, with the number of victims remaining at 203.

Nearly 2,500 swab tests were carried out, with a total that is now nearing 500,000.

The number of active cases is now 1,362, while the total number of patients whi have recovered is now 10,547.

In all, the total number of cases is 12,112.

Today's cases are still being investigated.

From yesterday's cases, 25 were of family members, nine were work colleagues, 14 were direct contacts and five were of social gatherings.
