A man who fell while working in an apartment block on 1 December has died in hospital, the police said.

The man, 71, had been working in a building in Triq il-Wied in Iklin. He had been rushed to hospital with serious injuries. He passed away on Saturday at Mater Dei Hospital.

A magisterial inquiry had been launched on the day of the accident.
