Two men - a 36-year-old from Zabbar and a 47-year-old Italian who resides in Fgura, were caught trying to steal from a construction site, the police said.

The inicident took place at Noon, on Triq Giuzeppi Lanzon in Marsascala.

After the two were arrested, the police searched their homes and found a number of stolen objects from another construction site.

Investigations are ongoing.
