A motorcyclist was grievously hurt on Tuesday following a collision with a car in Fgura, the police said.

The accident took place in Hompesch Road at 6.30pm.

The biker, a 44-year-old man who was riding a Honda, was involved in a crash with a Peugeot driven by a 59-year-old man of Fgura.

He was taken to hospital with grievous injuries. The car driver was unhurt.
