Three new Covid-19 cases found

Three new Covid-19 cases were reported by health authorities on Sunday.

Five people meanwhile have recovered, taking the number of active cases down to 74.

No new deaths were reported for another day, meaning that the number of deaths currently stands at 419.

2,024 swab tests were carried out in the last 24 hours, taking the total number of tests so far up to 941,197.

Meanwhile, 551,494 doses of the vaccine had been administered up until Saturday. 327,155 of those were first doses, while 233,826 people are now fully vaccinated.

Malta has had 30,571 cases of the virus so far. 30,078 of those have recovered, while 419 have died.
