No new cases of Covid-19 were reported by health authorities on Wednesday.

One person meanwhile has recovered from the virus, and with no deaths recorded over the past 24 hours, Malta currently has 26 active cases.

1,692 swab tests were done on Tuesday, taking the total number of swab tests up to 969,704 so far.

Meanwhile, 636,059 doses of the vaccine have been administered thus far. 353,584 of those were a first dose, while 294,650 people are now fully vaccinated.

Malta has had 30,595 cases of the virus so far. 30,149 of those have recovered, while 420 have died.
