A man was seriously injured on Wednesday evening when he fell one storey from a balcony, the police said.
The accident took place in Guardamangia Hill, Pieta’, at 11.30pm.
The man, aged 34 and from Nepal, was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Magistrate Natasha Galea Sciberras is leading an inquiry.
