Two men on a bike were grievously hurt on Sunday evening in an accident in Msida, the police said.

The accident took place in Rue d’Argens at 9.30pm.

It involved a Kymco Agility bike with two Nepalese men on board and a Toyota Vitz driven by a man from Eritrea, aged 28, who resides in Sliema.

The two Nepalese men, aged 28 and 29, were taken to hospital for treatment.

Magistrate Doreen Clarke is leading an inquiry.
