A man who was hit by a glass bottle was treated for injuries while his aggressor was arrested, the police said.

The incident took place, ironically, in Peace Square, Zabbar, at 12.30am Saturday morning.

The police said a 27-year-old man from Zabbar was hit by a glass bottle and needed treatment for injuries sustained in a health clinic.

Another man, aged 26 from Marsa, was arrested soon afterwards.
