San Giljan beat Neptunes in a thrilling encounter to win the Knock-out competition with an 11-10 score.

It was a kind of sweet revenge for the saints who lost the championship to Neptunes last week in the final game of the league.

Yesterday's game was a yo-yo affair as both teams took the lead in instances only to find themselves behind minutes later.

By the end of the second session, the score was 6-6 but San Giljan pulled away with Neptunes always within reach.

In the last session San Giljan opened an 11-9 lead but Neptunes reduced the distance two minutes from the end.

San Giljan however held on to take the trophy home.
