10 new Covid-19 cases reported as active cases dip below 300

10 new cases of Covid-19 have been reported by health authorities, as the number of active cases continued to dip.

30 people have recovered, meaning that the number of active cases currently stands at 293.

Six patients are currently being treated at Mater Dei Hospital, while no Covid-19 patients are receiving treatment in intensive care.

Up till Saturday, 827,961 doses of the vaccine had been administered by health authorities, with 15,008 of those being booster doses.

Malta has had 37,199 cases of the virus. 36,038 of those have recovered, while 459 have died.
