Eleven new Covid-19 cases were registered on Monday, while 22 patients have recovered.

Health authorities said that seven patients are receiving treatment in hospital, one of whom is in intensive care.

The number of active cases has now dropped to 270, while the number of deaths remains at 459.

In all, 840,675 vaccination doses have been administered.

The total number of cases recorded in Malta now stands at 37,360 while the number of people who recocered is 36,222.
