An Egyptian man was charged in the Gozo courts with causing slight injuries to a third party.
The police said in a statement that the man, aged 28, a resident of Munxar, was accused of causing slight injuries to a man on 15 October and of carrying a pointed instrument without a permit.
He was also accused of breaching the peace and conditions imposed in another court judgment.
He was given bail.
The prosecution was led by Inspector Bernard Charles Spiteri.
