A Bulgarian man was grievously injured in a motorbike accident on Wednesday.
The accident took place in Triq Selmun, Mellieha, at around 1:15pm.

The man, who lives in Qormi, lost control of his Yamaha bike and fell, the police said.

He was taken to Mater Dei Hospital by ambulance.

The police are investigating.
