A woman was grievously injured on Sunday evening when she was hit by a car, the police said.
The accident took place in Marfa Road, Mellieha, at 7.30pm.
The woman, aged 27, was hit by a Peugeot 107 driven by a 33-year-old man of St Paul’s Bay.
She was taken to hospital with grievous injuries.
