Four people have been charged in court for inciting a person to commit suicide in November of last year, Home Affairs Minister Byron Camilleri told Parliament on Monday.
He was replying to a parliamentary question by Nationalist MP Jason Azzopardi.
The case had received widespread attention after footage of a number of individuals urging a migrant to jump of a Valletta bastion went viral.
The man was later saved by first responders, who convinced him to step away the ledge.
