Nobody was injured after a truck caught fire in San Gwann on Thursday afternoon.

Firefighters we called to Triq Santa Margerita in San Gwann at around 12pm after a fire inside a truck was reported.

The truck was emptying recycling bins into the back when a fire started in its storage area. 

Nobody was injured and firefighters were on hand to extinguish the fire quite quickly.
