Four Covid-19 patients have died while positive for the virus, as 659 new cases were reported by health authorities on Friday.

This means that 656 people have now died while positive for Covid-19.

420 people have recovered from the virus, meaning that the number of active cases is up to 8,592.

3,672 swab tests were administered in the past 24 hours, meaning that the positivity rate stands at 17.95%.

1,258,833 doses of the vaccine have been administered thus far. 351,811 of those are booster doses.
