A man was arrested after two persons were injured in a fight in St Paul’s Bay on Saturday afternoon, the police said.

The incident took place in Triq il-Parrocca at 1pm.

It involved a Libyan man aged 40, a Maltese man aged 54 and a 25-year-old woman, all of whom residents in the locality.

The Maltese man and the woman suffered injuries in the fight and were taken to hospital for treatment.

The Libyan man was arrested for questioning.
