Three more patients with Covid-19 have died, while the number of active cases has continued to climb.

Details about the deaths or about the number of people receiving treatment in hospitals were not provided, and have not been provided since the Ministry for Health stopped issuing its daily bulletin on social media.

The number of Covid-19 victims is now 659.

563 new cases were recorded on Saturday, taking the total to 85,620.

The number of people who have recovered is 75,744, up by 331 over the previous day.

This means that the number of active cases has gone up again, to 8,821, the highest since 20 January.
