An $85 million superyacht that linked to a Russian oligarch is making its way to Malta after having been moored in Norway for weeks, where dockers refused to refuel the vessel, Businessinsider reports.

The owner of the yacht is Vladimir Strzhalkovsky, Businessinsider reports, who is said to have ties with Putin. Strzhalkovsky is not on sanctions lists.
