One more patient has died with Covid-19, health authorities said, as the number of new cases reported Tuesday was 259.

No details are being given about the victims, the number of which has now reached 693.

In all, 91,032 Covid cases have been reported in Malta, with 85,523 recoveries.

The number of active cases stands at 4,420.
