August Moon Ball to be held on August 6 in aid of the Malta Community Chest Fund Foundation

The popular August Moon Ball in aid of the Malta Community Chest Fund Foundation will be held on August 6, 2022.

During the launch on Friday, the President of Malta George Vella highlighted the period that everyone had to face during the pandemic, saying that despite the problems, the August Moon Ball was still held.

“This event is not only a means of entertainment, but it also aims to collect funds for those in need,” Vella said.

He encouraged the public to book and attend the ball, and expressed his hope that the event will be a success and a fun experience for all those attending.  

Meanwhile, Marchesino Daniel de Petri Testaferrata, chairman of the organising committee said that the aim of this event is to collect funds for people who need it the most.

The ball is limited to 700 people and will be held at the Verdala Palace.

Testaferrata thanked the Armed Forces of Malta and the police for their work and assistance.  

Tickets for the Ball of the August Moon are available from https://augustmoonball.com/ as from today. Tickets are on sale for €150 per person.
