NEPTUNES VIDEOSLOTS.... 15 EXILES........................................ 6 (3-0), (4-1), (2-2), (6-3)

Captain Stevie Camilleri showed why Neptunes are on top of the Premier League and haven’t lost a single point. The champions were in a class of their own and controlled the game without difficulty, despite the efforts by Exiles to give them a tough game. It was the second win in three days for Jovan Popovic’s side after their easy win in the knock-out competition.

Stevie Camilleri scored all the goals of the first session. First he opened the score after a minute and a half, doubled from a penalty and made it 3-0 in their last attack of the session. Neptunes continued to widen their advantage in the second session as Exiles only found the net after they were trailing by seven goals.

Jake Muscat netted his second personal goal in the beginning of the third session. Exiles reduced the margin with two consecutive goals by Sean Xerri de Caro and Kurt Griscti from man-up while Gabriel Pace made it 9-3 and later was sent-off.

In the last session, Exiles had the tough job to reduce the deficit and managed partially after Max Aquilina cut the gap to 10-5. But although the win was already in the bag, Neptunes increased their tempo and scored five consecutive goals from Jake Muscat, Stevie Camilleri and Jeremy Abela to wrap up the contest.
