The School of Business & Management (SBM) held its first informative event on 11 July, at The Malta Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise & Industry, Valletta.
SBM is licensed to operate as a Further Education Institution by the Malta Further & Higher Education Authority (MFHEA), under licence No. 2021-015. The mission of this educational establishment is to offer recognized British qualifications to Maltese, EU and International students at affordable fees. With over 25 years' experience in education in various markets, SBM is excited to be extending these services to Malta and the team is looking forward to welcoming European and International students in October.

SBM acknowledged the MFHEA, Education Malta and The Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise & Industry for their sterling support and valued assistance.
Senior Management and Academic Heads from the UK and Malta attended the event, including Zahid Bhatti (Founder & CEO), Abdullah Mushtaq, (Director of Operations), Nabeel Sheikh, (Director of Admissions), Samira Jamil (Centre Manager), as well as Amreen Khalid (Head of Health & Social Care Department), Yasmeen Mansur (Deputy Academic Manager) and Isabella Vella (Consultant).
Also present during the event were Dr Mark Fogarty, Director of Academic Partnerships, and Lisa Williams, Director of Global Engagement from Leeds Trinity University, United Kingdom.
The speakers delivered informative speeches briefing the audience about their respective educational institutions, the variety of courses on offer and the importance placed on student support.
The event was well attended by local and international stakeholders, entrepreneurs, and academics who participated in a question-and-answer session, clearly showing the level of interest in these new educational institutions.
