A biker was grievously injured on Wednesday morning following a collision in St Julian’s.

The police said the accident took place in Birkirkara Road at 7am.

The biker, a 26-year-old man from Naxxar, was riding a Benelli which was involved in a collision with a Citroen Nemo driven by a 47-year-old Libyan man who resides in Sliema.

The biker was taken to hospital with grievous injuries.
