751 Occupational Health and Safety cases were decided between 2018 and 2022, Justice Minister Jonathan Attard has said.

The Justice Minister was answering a question posed by PL MP Katya de Giovanni, who inquired about the number of individuals who had been found guilty of breaking the Occupational Health and Safety laws from 2018 through to 2022.

Attard said that while the Court Services Agency didn't register transgressions and thus had no records to show, the statistics he could present are based on how many cases were decided during hearings that specifically dealt with health and safety issues. He went on to say that there had been 751 such cases decided in the period between 2018 and 2022.
