Robert Abela has said that there is no documented legal advice about the Vitals Global Healthcare concession in the Prime Minister's office.

Abela was responding to a parliamentary question posed by PN MP Mark Sammut. Sammut asked Abela to table a copy of legal advice former Prime Minister Joseph Muscat said he had in his office regarding the concession and agreements with Vitals.

Abela, in response, said: "In the Office of the Prime Minister there is no similar advice. I confirm that I had no role regarding the concession and agreement with Vitals Global Healthcare."

Muscat, after the recent court decison annulling the concession agreement, had said that all decisions were endorsed by Cabinet, with legal advice also being sought at the time.
