An inquiry is needed

Sunday, 12 March 2023, 06:35 Last update: about 2 years ago

There are very serious reasons for holding an inquiry into the death of Jean Paul Sofia.

Maybe the Prime Minister's refusal to meet the opposition leader's repeated call for an inquiry is because Abela wants to appear strong, in light of the terrible situation the government finds itself in as a result of the Vitals/Steward sickening revelations.

To me, the only reason for the refusal is that the government is hiding something. What other justifiable reason can there be?

Abela cannot help feeling weak, after the awful situation he inherited that has become public.

And his obsequious followers are doing him no good by the blind support they are expressing for him, and for the predecessor who left him to face the music.
