A new Executive Chairperson of INDIS Malta has been appointed.

Jean Pierre Attard will take over from Keith Fenech.

It is indeed an honour for the ministry and for Malta that Mr Fenech, who currently occupies the role of Chief Executive Officer of INDIS Malta, has been recognised by this leading international company, for his exceptional leadership and dedication. As a ministry we take great pride in seeing that Mr Fenech's accomplishments, particularly in lean manufacturing, have not only made significant impact within the organisations that he has managed locally, but have now also garnered recognition on an international scale," an economy ministry statement read.

To ensure an element of continuity, the INDIS Board, in line with its Memorandum of Association, is appointing its current Chairperson Jean Pierre Attard, now as Executive Chairperson. Attard has been Chairperson of this entity for the last three years and is very familiar with the company's challenges and plans ahead. The handing over period will extend through the next month so that Attard officially takes over from Fenech as of the 1st of July 2023."
