A 45-year-old man was grievously injured at 10.15am on Monday, after being hit by a vehicle.
The accident occurred on Triq il-Marfa in Mellieha. Preliminary investigations found that the 45-year-old from Mellieha was hit by a Kia Ceed driven by a 35-year-old man from Hamrun. He was taken to Mater Dei Hospital.
