The Malta Philharmonic Orchestra announced the return of its Chamber Series. This consists of a number of chamber concerts over the course of the 2023/2024 season, namely every first Sunday of each month at the stunning Robert Samut Hall in Floriana.

This series of concerts kicks off next Sunday 1 October at 11am with Mozart's Quintet for Piano and Winds and Schumann's Quintet for Piano and Strings.

Michael Laus, the MPO resident conductor, will perform both works at the piano together with Marcelline Agius and Matteo Colombo on the Violin, Alexandre Razera on the Viola, Ákos Kertész on the Cello, John McDonough on the Oboe, Giuseppe Recchia on the Clarinet, Giacomo Cella on the Bassoon and Etienne Cutajar on the Horn.
