Two French citizens, a man and a woman, were grievously injured following a traffic collision in Xaghra on Thursday afternoon, the police said.
The accident happened in Marsalforn Road at 2.30pm.
It involved a Polaris Ranger driven by a French man aged 44 and a Fiat Scudo driven by a 30-year-old man of Ghajnsielem.
Damage was caused to a Toyota IST that was parked on the side of the road.
The French man and a 42-year-old French woman who was with him in the car both suffered grievous injuries and were taken to hospital for treatment.
