Archbishop Charles Scicluna led a Solemn Commemoration of the Lord’s Supper at St John’s Co-Cathedral in Valletta.
During the ceremony, Archbishop followed Jesus’ example and wash the feet of several representatives of the faithful.
They included eight foreigners from South America, Eritrea, the Philippines, Cameroon, Pakistan, Russia and Ukraine.
At the end of the Mass, the Archbishop placed the Blessed Sacrament in the chapel of repose for adoration by Christians.
