Each delectable dish will be paired with fine Maltese wines from Marsovin Winery - a leading winery deeply rooted in Malta's viticultural history. Each carefully selected wine is produced using the local indigenous grape varieties - Girgentina and Gellewza - and served from Magnum bottles.
