Fever, the live-entertainment discovery platform known for helping millions of people find the best experiences in their cities, is bringing  Candlelight Concerts to a new space in Malta: the St John's Co-Cathedral in Valletta. The unique experience will transformMalta's historic cathedral with thousands of candles from Thursday, June 13. 

The string quartet Cordia String will play a variety of adapted music programs, including the best of Vivaldi, Mozart, Bach and Timeless Composers,inviting a broader audience that might have never considered a classical music concert before to connect with the most iconic pieces of the greatest composers in a different way.  

The Candlelight concerts still offer performances at the iconic hotel The Phoenicia Malta, located just outside the capital of Valletta. Musical programs include  tributes to contemporary artists like Queen as well as shows dedicated to movie soundtracks. 

Candlelight Concerts are a series of original music concerts created by Fever aimed at democratizing access to classical music by allowing people all over the world to enjoy live music candlelit performances played by local musicians in various stunning locations illuminated by thousands of candles.

This concept is known to take classical performances out of their usual concert halls and into unique venues that form part of each city's cultural heritage. Launched in 2019, Candlelight concerts have already been held in unique locations, including the Atomium (Brussels), Tour Eiffel (Paris), Burj Al Arab Jumeirah (Dubai), and many more across America, Oceania, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
